Technical features
- Suitable to the glaze glass items: bottles (wine/vodka/beer size), little perfumery bottles, plates, cups, glasses (stemmed and tumblers).
- Layout at 56 spindles
- Under vacuum system on board
- Electronic control of Loading and Unloading systems, managed by brushless motors
- Automatic heating section working on passage on board.
- 1 or 2 glazing cabins with two high precision HVLP spray guns each, working only on passage (no piece=no glaze)
- Electronic spraying by means of brushless motors
- Total or partial glazing of items, worked both right and in upside down position. C
- Complete filtering of minimum overspray inside glazing cabin and outside the line by means of external water-filtering room connected to the line.
- Electronic touch screen control panel
- Suitable to use both ceramic colors and organic colors and UV
- Working also in upside down position by means of supports (continuously running in a circuit to & from the lehr)
- Productivity: it depends from glaze/decoration typology required and glaze thickness. For glasses/perfume/cosmetic bottles: about 1400-2400 pieces/hours
