Technical features
- Suitable for cylindrical items with a diameter ranging from 60 mm. to 180 mm. and a maximum highness of cups is 300 mm.
- Total electronic control by means of brushless motors
- Possibility to work items, even big size ones, with and without handle at the same speed.
- 06 automatic screen heads working on passage and managed by brushless motors
- Special in-line step-by-step feeding system, working under vacuum (on board). Once centred and positioned on the supporting spindle, the item is transferred under each screen printing head, for pattern application: under each decoration station, the spindle supporting item rotates in synchronism with the screen printing, and obtains the decoration required.
- This rotation is managed by brushless motors, working on electrical axes with the movement of the screens.
- The screens are sliding on a beam and their longitudinal movement is managed by brushless motors working on electrical axes with rotation movement of spindles.
- In order to decorate, indifferently, items WITH or WITHOU HANDLE, the beam supporting the screens is equipped of an electrical LIFTING system (managed always by brushless motors), allowing the proceeding of handled items from one screen station to the next one. When there are not handled items, the lifting function of the screens doesn’t intervene.
- Chance to add further colours, and to be equipped, on request, with single/double/triple loading-unloading systems as the pad printing lines.
- The line is suitable to decorate by screen-printing cups with a conical range of maximum 4÷5 °.
- Special patented heating system (500/750 Watt per colour) in order to use also thermo fusible colours. It allows decorating porcelain, vitreous china, glass and glazed items.
