Technical features
  • Unique layout developed in-line, by having screen printing & pad printing heads contra positioned in order to have the best overall dimension and control. 
  • Highest precision thanks to combined electronic & mechanic systems: precision ±0. 
  • Electronic control of any passage, by means of brushless motors, in every working section of the line: loading, items advancement, pad printing, unloading.

  • Nr. 10 decoration stations, continuously positioned at the same distance. Possibility to  develop the layout  till n colors section, according to Client’s request. 
  • Patented special Cleaning pad print systems on board to clean the exceeding colour caused by possible little diameter differences of the plates to decorate. 
  • The temperature gap on the screens is controlled with highest precision, that means ±1°C.
  • The screen printing heads are singularly controllable and work as independent units but synchronized, managed by touch screen panels each one, controlled by main PLC of the line
  • The movement systems of the pad prints is always working with precision ±0 during all passages and the highness control of the pads are individuated by electronic systems managed by brushless motors working on each heads and synchronized. The adjustments of this highness quote are possible by aging on the touch screen.
  • Automatic Triple-headed Unloading system: single (10 col.) or double (5+5 col.), triple (3+3+3 col.) production allowed. 
  • Automatic Glazing cabin working on passage, connected to the line after pad printing phase, for the last application of a protective transparent film over decorated items. 
  • Chance to decorate the same typology of plates or till three different ones, at the same time.
  • The line is all around accessible and visible for the pad printing quality checks . 
  • Equipment  of electronic quality checkers, by video cameras, available on request.
