Technical features
- Suitable to the grazing application of glass items: bottles (wine/wodka/beer size) , little perfumery bottles, plates, cups, glasses ect.
- Two versions: 28 or 56 spindles layout according to the different productive exigencies
- Under vacuum system
- Loading/unloading personalized systems
- Automatic heating section working on passage on board
- 1 or 2 glazing cabins with two high precision HVLP spray guns each, working only on passage (no piece=no glaze)
- Special spray guns moving system to completely glaze the bottom of the items in upside down position
- Complete filtering of possible overspray
- Complete Electronic control panel touch screen
- Working with ceramic colours or organic colours
- Working also in upside down position by means of supports (continuously running in a circuit to & from the lehr)
- Productivity: depending from the glaze/decoration typology and glaze thickness:
- For glasses/little perfume/cosmetic bottles: about 1400-2400 pieces/hours
(working with 56 Spindles layout) - For normal wine/vodka size bottles: about 1400-1600 pcs/h.
