Technical features
- Automatic direct 4-colours screen-printing line, suitable for round, deep and flat plates with a diameter ranging from 110 mm. to 320 mm.
- Equipped with 4 screen printing heads with a special inside heating system for also thermoplastic colours.
- The line may decorate at the same time centre and edge of the plates with a wing inclined up to 20°.
- Suitable to decorate glass plates both transparent and opal white
- Special movable printing heads following every irregularity of shape
- Suitable to decorate biscuit fired at 800 °C with cold colours, glazed pieces with thermoplastic colours
- Automatic loading, brushing, centring, screen printing, unloading operations on board and managed by PLC.
